What we collect

• Account: your email address and a securely hashed password.
• Videos: the videos you upload or link, the transcript of their speech, and the clips we create.
• Purchases: what you bought and when. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Usage: basic technical logs (for example errors and processing times) to keep the service running.

How we use it

Only to provide ClipFame: to process your videos, show your clips, manage your hours, prevent abuse and answer support requests. We do not sell your data and we do not use your videos to train AI models.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare (website and file storage), Supabase (accounts and database), Modal (video processing servers).
• OpenRouter and the AI providers it routes to (speech transcription and choosing the best moments): they receive your video's audio and transcript.
• OpenAI moderation (safety check): receives a few still frames and the transcript.
• Stripe (payments).

How long we keep it

Source videos: deleted after 3 days. Clips: deleted after 90 days. Account data: kept while your account is open. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Email support@clipfame.app.

Cookies

We only use what is needed to keep you logged in and remember your language. No advertising cookies.
